Founder & Chairman
Lord Robert A. Cary
Lord Cary is a co-founder of, and currently heads, the ACM group of companies. He has considerable business expertise, developed through operating in the secondary market facilitating private placement transactions for clients. Prior to joining ACM, Lord Cary established Cash Card International Ltd in 1981. Cash Card International Ltd was an executive members association which originally provided state-of-theart discount cards and ultimately developed into the control and distribution of international credits. Since 1992, Lord Cary has assisted in international transactions for Central Banks and Ministries of Finance and has structured and implemented various types of transactions as a consultant or as special advisor to several governments, companies, and institutions. In 2000, Lord Cary assisted in the re-organisation of all the banking facilities for McDonald’s in Europe. Lord Cary was also a competitive cyclist for Great Britain. He held 8 World Records from 1969 until 1978 and was a member of the renowned Main Classic cycling team ‘Tl Raleigh”. From 1983 until 1992, he was an Olympic Cycling Coach for the USA (National Women’s Cycling Coach for America) and has coached riders to 6 Olympics Gold Medals, 5 Silvers and 4 Bronze Medals, and was able to place riders on the Livestrong team. He is a Registered Director with the Caiman Islands Monetary Authority & intends to become a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association. that benefit our investors

Mr Olaf Bolwerk
Olaf is currently a Director and shareholder in the ACM group of companies where he is responsible for client management and liaison, setting up and negotiating cross border finance and banking structures for clients with banks and international finance organisations, mostly between eastern and western Europe, project finance and generating new business. Olaf is a former Managing Partner at Orange Finance Consulting between 2011 and 2013 and was CEO at AX Resources S.A. and AS Energy between 2004 and 2008 where he was responsible for day-to-day management, communication and reporting to the Supervisory Board as well as generating new business, the start-up of new projects, and for negotiations with financial institutions for leveraging investments. Olaf has also held positions at various companies since 1995 in the capacity of general manager, sales manager and shareholder. He is a Registered Director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority & intends to become a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association. that benefit our investors
Asset Manager
Mr Anthony D'Silva
Anthony D’Silva has been involved in the financial services, asset management and alternative investment industry since 2000. An Australian national currently residing between Cayman, Hong Kong and France. Anthony is the founder of Incu Global Ltd (Incu), a global multi-family office and fund incubation platform, and prior to Incu, Anthony was a partner/equity owner of Apex Fund Services Holdings and Managing Director at Apex Investment Consulting & Apex Fund Services, an independent and privately owned globally regulated fund administration and fund advisory firm with operating offices in 34 countries, working with over 1200 funds globally and over USD40 billion in assets at the time of his exit in 2015. Anthony also carries out asset management and advisory activities in Hong Kong and the United States under his affiliate firm South Ocean Management Limited. Anthony is currently an independent non-executive director (INED) for several fund and investment management companies. He is also currently undertaking a Masters in International Law at Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia.
