All members of our Board are Registered Directors with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (“CIMA”) and intend to become or are already members of the Cayman Islands Directors’ Association.
Our team principals have more than 100 years of combined experience in investments and all share a passion for business with the ambition and ability to seek out unique opportunities for the benefit of our investors.
CEO & Founder
Mr Peter Mayer
Peter is a Director of the ACM group of companies, which includes ACM Securities, a business advising clients with assets under management of almost USD5 billion.
He started his career as Managing Director of his family office and has been involved in numerous transactions over two decades involving property, equities, securities and financial instruments.
He, along with other co-founders, established the ACM group of companies, to trade and advise in complex financial instruments and securities. Drawing on his extensive experience in this field, ACM has previously raised finance against financial assets in which it had ownership or beneficial interest and thereafter managed the cash alongside suitably qualified and regulated asset managers in various jurisdictions. He is a Registered Director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and intends to become a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association
Chief Financial Officer
Mr Murray Robertson
Murray is a Chartered Accountant and member of ICAS, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, where he was inducted in January 2002. H qualified whilst working at PwC initially in their Aberdeen office and then spent time in their Oklahoma, Baltimore and Jersey (Channel Islands) offices. During his time in Jersey, Murray worked closely with fund clients, fund of funds, hedge funds, banks and investment managers. He has subsequently held a number of executive roles including those as CFO, COO and CEO of various commercial organisations.
From 2014 until 2019, Murray was Managing Partner of a privately owned investment banking business headquartered in London where he worked closely with the group’s sister company, Minerva. Minerva is one of the oldest and largest, independent trust and administration businesses in the world and administered in excess of USD20 billion for clients in various offshore jurisdictions. Murray holds a Bachelor of Commerce Joint Honours degree in Accounting and Business Method from the University of Edinburgh and a Masters degree in Business and Investment Management from the University of Aberdeen. He is a Registered Director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and intends to become a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association.
Independent Director
Ms Natisha Nicole Ramroop
Nicole is an independent director at Waystone where she oversees fund governance for a portfolio of hedge fund clients, provides management oversight to a team of senior associates and associates, and specializes in client services management. Nicolehas also served as a Director with Waystone in its Luxembourg operation. Previously, she was an Auditor at Ernst & Young in the alternative investments group, working in both the Cayman Islands and New York offices, where she oversaw the execution of all areas of hedge fund audits and gained extensive experience working with investment managers, administrators and directors on all matters related to alternative investments. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Science and Systems from Morgan State University, Maryland. She also earned a Master of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame, Indiana. She is a Registered Director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and the Cayman Islands Directors Association.
Independent Director
Mr Paras Chandulal Malde
Paras serves as an independent director with Waystone and oversees fund governance for a portfolio of asset management clients with a wide range of structures and investment strategies. Prior to joining Waystone, he was an auditor and advisor at Ernst & Young’s Financial Services offices in New York and Grand Cayman. He led multiple teams of professionals in executing audits of hedge funds ranging from start-ups to multi-billion dollar funds with strategies including long/short equity, multi-strategy, quantitative, fixed income, fund of hedge funds and private equity. As an advisor in the Performance Improvement practice of Ernst & Young, Paras evaluated the operational impact from financial regulations such as Form PF, FATCA and AIFMD at leading asset managers and banks and formulated solutions to create operational efficiencies for routine reporting. He has assisted clients in attaining and maintaining a regulatory compliant state by developing a roadmap from design through implementation. Paras is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the United States and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University. He is a Registered Director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.
